A reminder to read, understand, and be prepared to invoke the force majeure clauses in your contracts (customer, subcontractor, and supplier).
 
If you see a force majeure clause that isn't favorable to your company, strategize to minimize your construction company's exposure.
 
Enlist the help of your attorney (see Dispatch #3, third bullet point).
